The Paediatric Department has a total of:

174 General Paediatric beds

58 for Haematology/Oncology and Cardiology,

117 Neonatology beds including a 12 bed Neonatal ICU, and 70 short stay beds.

A further 6 Paediatric ICU beds are available in the general intensive care unit.

Approximately 65 000 outpatients are seen annually - these include those seen at subspecialty clinics.
