In recent years, the need to support the internationalization of higher education has become increasingly recognised. An education with an international stamp is necessary to prepare students for the labour market of tomorrow.

International students are an important part of the student community at Wits and the International Office is dedicated to supporting international students from the time of their arrival at Wits. The Office will assist students with renewal of study permits and re-entry visas as well as with accommodation requirements and orientation.
