The School of Construction Economics and Management offers a single three year full time undergraduate degree in Construction Studies and three separate Honours degrees in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Property Studies. The School also offers postgraduate degrees at the level of MSc and Postgraduate Diploma as well as research degrees.
Due to the fact that all three disciplines are inter-linked, students gain valuable experience by working with each other and other professional students in Professional degrees, such as architects, town planners, engineers, lawyers and accountants before leaving the Unversity, so preparing them to work as professional members of collaborative multi-disciplinary teams.
