T he School of Law recognises the importance of research in ensuring that our teaching staff and academic programmes remain up-to-date and relevant to South Africa’s ever-evolving legal landscape. All staff are required to be research-active and are involved in supervising the research of our postgraduate students. They also edit two of the legal profession’s most notable academic journals, The South African Law Journal and The South African Journal of Human Rights.
